Au4 Newsletter
Issue #2
March 7, 2006
Spring is fast approaching and that means that Au4’s “On:
Audio” CD is only a few weeks away – it’s your last
chance to get 33% off! For all those who requested it, the Au4 Store
(www.au4-audio.com/shop)
now accepts PayPal transactions as well as credit cards. Be sure to
look for new merchandise (belts, cuffs, shirts, posters, etc) coming
soon.
Upcoming
performances and the CD release party dates are still undetermined,
but filming has commenced for live visuals. We are proud to announce
that Joel Toronchuk, Chad Toronchuk
and Terra Bell have come aboard to help with live
lighting, video and stage props.
The temporary phase of the Au4 official website is coming to an end
within the next four weeks; we are excited to have Vincent
Marcone of MyPetSkeleton and the DigiCoyote Software
team on the task of upgrading the site to something fantastic!
Be sure to check out the new “Press” section of www.au4-audio.com
- which will include interviews with the band, website links that
showcase Au4, and much more.
Special
thanks to Notanee for being the ‘first’
to play Au4 across radio waves on Regina's CJTR 91.3 FM ‘Hardwired’
program and to DJ Scary Lady Sarah for playing “On:
Audio” tracks at her ‘Shimmer’ and ‘Nocturna’
nights in Chicago.
Remixes
for “Hit and Miss” (by Trek-e) and “Everything
Always Moving” (by Paranoid Jack) are almost
ready for pressing to vinyl with their respective mp3s available for
download and purchase in the near future.
We thank all those who have made purchases of mp3s and pre-release
copies of “On: Audio” from the Au4 Store – and many
thanks for the wonderful comments that Au4 continues to receive on
their MySpace account (www.myspace.com/au4).
